Meet MELORS at Dubai International Boat Show 2026
Event Dubai International Boat Show
Date 25–29 November 2026
Booth ESS-232

Marine decking is more than a finishing material. It influences a boat’s appearance, comfort, usability and identity. From the helm and cockpit to walkways, hatches and swim platforms, a well-planned deck can connect different areas into one consistent onboard experience.

From 25 to 29 November 2026, MELORS will exhibit at the Dubai International Boat Show. We warmly invite boat manufacturers, yacht brands, distributors, refit specialists, designers and project buyers to visit Booth ESS-232.

We will discuss marine EVA foam decking, custom boat decking, teak-style concepts, color and texture combinations, CNC customization and project cooperation.
Whether you are developing a new boat, upgrading an existing vessel or expanding a local marine flooring business, our team looks forward to learning about your project.

More Than an Attractive Surface

A marine deck operates around water, sunlight, repeated foot traffic and frequent cleaning. Appearance matters, but buyers must also consider texture, underfoot comfort, maintenance, cutting accuracy, edge treatment, color coordination and installation conditions.

The finished result depends on more than the material. Accurate measurements, clear drawings, correct file versions, logical panel divisions and careful installation preparation all influence how the deck fits and looks.
Custom marine flooring should therefore be managed as a connected process rather than as a single product purchase.

At ESS-232, MELORS will explain how material selection, visual design, digital data and production planning can work together to create a practical solution suited to the boat, market and intended use.

EVA Foam Decking for Different Areas

Different onboard areas have different priorities. The helm needs an organized layout, the cockpit may emphasize comfort and visual coordination, and the swim platform should follow the stern. Hatches, corners and narrow walkways require careful measurement and panel planning.

Marine EVA foam can be configured through layered colors, surface textures, routed patterns and custom outlines. At the show, we can discuss irregular shapes, complex hatches, incomplete project data, brand integration and visual packages for different boat ranges.

Instead of choosing a deck only from a color chart, consider the whole application: where it will be installed, how the boat will be used, what design language the brand wants to express, and how the project will be measured, produced and installed.

Teak-Inspired Design and CNC Customization

Teak-inspired decking remains a familiar marine design direction. Warm tones can create a classic look, while gray, dark or high-contrast combinations can give a yacht a more contemporary character. Groove direction, border width, joint lines and panel relationships all affect the final impression.

Custom marine flooring often includes irregular outlines, openings, lids, hardware positions and connected sections. CNC processing can support accurate outlines and repeatable patterns, but reliable input data is essential.

New boat projects may begin with digital drawings; refit projects may use templates, scans, measurements or site photographs. Units, scale, orientation, panel numbers and installation references should be confirmed before production.

Bring your hull renderings, upholstery samples, brand colors, drawings or templates to ESS-232. Reviewing these materials together can help identify a solution that is attractive, practical and suitable for production.

Add a Distinctive Brand Identity

For yacht brands, fleets, clubs, rental operators and refit projects, the deck can become part of the brand experience.
A logo, boat name, model mark or custom graphic can add identity when positioned carefully.

Placement, reading direction, surrounding space, contrast and the relationship with routed lines all matter. Bring your logo files or early concepts, and we can discuss layout, simplification and suitable application areas.

Designed for Different Marine Businesses

Boatbuilders focus on specification consistency, drawing revisions, model variations and assembly schedules.

Distributors need products and samples that are easy to explain to local customers. Refit specialists manage site measurements, changing conditions, installation planning and individual requests.

The cooperation process should reflect these differences. Boatbuilders may integrate deck planning earlier in product development. Distributors may build a clearer journey from sample selection and measurement guidance to design approval.
Refit teams may improve the transfer of site information into usable production data.

At ESS-232, tell us about your customers, common boat types, project volume and the step that takes the most time. This helps us focus on the issues that matter to your business.

Bring Your Project to ESS-232

Useful exhibition conversations begin with a real objective. Bring boat drawings, deck plans, photographs, templates, measurements, logo files, color references or an existing sample.
Even if your project is at an early stage, these materials can help clarify the next step.

Together, we can discuss color and texture selection, data preparation for CNC production, different deck versions for one model, communication between measurement and installation, and ways to create a repeatable custom-decking process.

The right direction depends on the boat, operating environment, brand position, manufacturing process and customer expectations.
Meeting in person allows us to consider these factors together.
