Melors boat flooring is made from UV-resistant PE/EVA foam, offering superior durability compared with traditional real teak or PVC flooring. With strong waterproof adhesive on the backing, it can be easily applied on boat decks, providing anti-slip, water-resistant, and long-lasting performance.
The PE/EVA foam material we use allows our boat flooring passes UV resistant test in 3000H standard, based on this, it can stand in marine application for 3 - 5 years under proper using, while others are less than 1 year.
HIGH DENSITY & HARDNESS FOAM MATERIAL
With higher density & hardness material, the foam boat flooring is more durable to use, and not easy to shrink even going through temperature difference.
STRONG & SOLID LAMINATION
